Residential Supported Living provides individualized support to eligible adults with developmental disabilities living in community-based residential settings. Our Renewed Purpose supports individuals who may need assistance with daily living, personal care, household routines, skill development, medication-related needs, appointments, transportation coordination, community participation, social activities, and other individualized needs.

Services are person-centered and based on each individual’s assessed needs, strengths, abilities, preferences, goals, authorized services, and Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and person-centered home environment that promotes choice, independence, dignity, privacy, and community involvement.

Individuals are encouraged to personalize their bedrooms and living spaces, participate in community activities based on their interests and goals, maintain relationships with family and natural supports, and make meaningful choices about their daily lives. The type and level of assistance provided are individualized according to each person’s assessed needs and authorized services.
